Didn't get a refill until I flagged a different waiter down. Then it took a time out and a full commercial break for them to come back. The wings however are awsome.

If you're looking for a TV to watch, I don't think you'll find more in town than at Buffalo Wild Wings. Additionally, if you're looking for Wings, you won't find a place that has more flavors and sauces and dry rubs to choose from - everything from mild to screaming hot. I've never had bad wings here - either bone-in or boneless. However, it's not just a Wing restaurant. I've been here with friends and with my wife, and they've all found other things to enjoy as well - flatbread pizzas, awesome appetizers, and more. It tends to be a louder restaurant - much more of a sports-bar, hang-out with the gang feel than a sit-down family restaurant. If you go during one of their wing specials, you can get a lot of food for not a lot of money.

I always enjoy eating at BWW's and this time was just as good as the rest. I usually have Caribbean Jerk or Spicy Garlic wings. I haven't ever tried their mac and cheese, but I felt like giving it a try this time. The service is always pretty good and there is always something on one of their many TV's to watch. I had a waitress that was in training and I thought she did a really good job and made the experience even better. I also thought this was one of the cleaner ones that I have been to.

Okay bar /pub food. Not alot of selections for salads. Tried the boneless wings and it was just okay . Pretty much tasted like chicken fingers. I suggest to order the regular wings so the its more flavorful and no breading.

Slow service, waitress didn't write down anything, had to come back to retake our order, food came out one item at a time, didn't get part of the meal, took 10 minutes to get our check. Don't expect much from this chain and didn't get much other than a tall beer at a short beer price. Kids turkey burger was decent.

I normally sit in the dining area of this restaurant and it is usually very good. However due to being in a rush and a 15 minute wait time to be seated in the main room, my boyfriend and I decided to eat in the bar area, which was still busy. The waitress acted like she didn't want our table, then the food took an hour. When the food came, she never came back to ask how it was, and I wish she would have because it tasted and smelled foul, as weird as it sounds, it tasted and smelled like cigarettes. On top of the horrible food, she never came to refill our drinks, and didn't even walk by our table so we could flag her down and ask her to do her job. I don't know if we will come to this BWW again, be we for sure will not be going to the bar area. Disappointed.

When I told her she brought me the wrong drink. We received our appetizer before we got our drinks. When she brought our Wings. We didn't get any plates or napkins. I love BWW, I have gone to many across the country. This one is the ONLY one I have gone to where you get wings in groups of 5 rather than six, but for the same price as elsewhere (the menu says, "at least five wings", what a crock, just be honest, i'm getting 5 - I will never, ever get 6 wings). Also, this one charges you for ranch or bleu cheese. Not all BWWs charge for this. I am surprised they don't charge you for napkins too. also, come on man, this is a sports bar, not a night club. why does the music have to be SOOOO LOUD!?!?! even when you ask if they could turn it down a little so you don't have to shout, they say they will, but don't. at least put the sound of the game on the big screen on instead of the VERY LOUD MUSIC SO NOBODY CAN HEAR, and if you are going to refuse to turn on the sound for the game, then at least set the tvs to close captioning so I can read what is going on. on the good side -the wait staff is pretty good. I have gone three times, total of 18 orders of wings have been ordered - never, ever, did anyone get more than 5 wings, but the staff was nice, friendly, good natured. that said, although this has always been my first choice in other cities, I'm done with this place. much better places to go where you don't feel swindled, it isn't DANCE CLUB LOUD MUSIC, and you can actually watch and listen to a game.

We had an average experience. Went on a Saturday night so we expected to have a wait. The greeter told us 30 minutes so we waited and waited. We then noticed a group with the same amount as us come in out their name in and get called for a table within 5 minutes! So I asked the greeter why they were put in front of us she said because they called in and someone told them there was no wait so they had to put them in front! All in all we were upset. They should have better customer service and not try and sneak around. Food is good, they let us try sauces which was fun.

over the last six months service has tanked. also, even though a sports bar, the music is always loud gang banger music. i cane to get wings and watch sports with friends and be able to hear them - not here, club music. even if you ask to turn it down, they dont. do not refill drinks and didnt even bring silverware without three requests.

After hitting at least 3 other places that were PACKED with 30 minutes waits at noon on a Sunday, J and I found ourselves desperate and hungry at Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and J had a grilled chicken sandwhich. We both noted that his sandwich looked small, but he said it was tasty. My grilled salad was good. It was exactly what you would expect. No surprises here. Instead of dressing I ordered one of the wing sauces on the side. That is definitely the highlight of this place--the extensive list of great wing sauces from sweet to spicy. Oh--almost forgot to add that we were seated quicky and service was decent.

I like wings. I like wings and alcohol. I like spicy wings and alcohol. The good: It can be grand, the sauces themselves can get fairly hot. The hottest one is decent enough and if I get a set of the boneless wings I will be fairly satisfied. The bad: I dislike being nickle'd and dime'd for every little parcel. Having to pay for bleu cheese is annoying. I've avoided this place several times because I hate the 'cheated' feeling I get - especially since the tubs of bleu cheese are wee in size. The service is also terribly slow, it seems that the wait staff is always in a 'training' mode.

Came down to kill a couple hours. Sat myself at the bar. Tender right on it place was full had my order taken and food out in less than 5 mins. Faster than I have ever had. Food (wrap) and wings were great! One of the better nights at the place. Oh and if your a hockey fan this is the place to be! 4 hockey games on and at the so called hockey bar a few miles away I had to ask to put a game on!! Will be back great bar service.

I've always had decent service here. The only compaint I have with BWW's is that they all have that corporate feel. You get the feeling that everything down to the napkins is weighed and measured against the bottom line. For example, I hate having to ask for extra salsa for my chips every time. They give you this tiny cup of salsa, enough for probably three chips. Now I get two tiny cups, ohh boy! It could be worse though, their is no additional charge. That said, they have friendly bartenders and a great atmosphere for all sporting events on many projection screens and HD flat panels. They buy all the UFC ppv and have NFL Sunday ticket and NCAA basketball tourney. It's impossible to watch every football/basketball game during the season but it's fun to try! I can't tell you how many times I've stopped in here by myself and started up a conversation with someone.

The only complaint and after seeing you can't blame them, is that they are so freakin busy all the time! We will always stop by one when we are near. This place has the worst service of anyplace I think I've ever gone. And it never gets better either. I go back probably once a year to see if anything has changed and it never does. It's too bad because the food is really good. It doesnt matter if every table is full or if theres 3 people in the whole place, no matter what, you are going to get SLOW service. Often times waitresses just flat out ignore you and almost all of them that Ive ever had are cranky and unfriendly. How hard is it to just be attentive to your customers? No other restaurant seems to have a problem with it. And its not that they are understaffed either. I always see TONS of servers, just none of them are ever serving me! The worst was when we went there for happy hour and it started at 10pm and they told us they could not give us the happy hour beers until 10:20 because their clocks were set 20 minutes behind. I've been to happy hours in probably EVERY bar in this town. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. Now my friends and I always joke that BWW has its own time zone. Ya know how at the airport they have all those clocks with time zones around the world? Well BWW St Cloud needs to put theirs up there too since they think they somehow dont run on the same time as the rest of the city. :(
